Application

This machine is a high effective high- viscosity dispersator, agitating paddle in middle drives wall and bottom to move slowly, and flexible scraper contacted with kettle body scrapes material uninterrupted while rotating. Two sides are high-speed dispersator, which enables material perform complex motion within kettle and receive intense cutting and agitation. And this equipment owns good mixing temperature-rising effects,and it adopts mechanical sealing,which cramps out vacuum. It is applicable for solid-liquid,liquid-liquid stage material, such as adhesive,silicone sealant,polyurethane adhesive,lithium battery,acrylic adhesive, automobile fluid sealant, encapsulation, paste&pasty material,lubricating grease&paint, pastelike cosmetics, ink, paint&emulsion,pastelike food and additive etc...Discharging type is hydraulic. We can manufacture all kinds of viscosity and specification multifunctional dispersator according to customers’ requirement, agitator shapes according to material owns several types like dispersing wheel type, butterfly type, hook type, thruster type etc...

Main structure

This machine is composed of high-low speed motor(speed is available to adjust according to process),speed reducer, driving box, dual hydraulic legs, shaft block, upper box, charging bucket, electric cabinet, hydraulic station etc., driving box can lift due to the hydro cylinder in upright post ,charging bucket can move freely with trundle.
